In this time of great need in our community, we are looking to provide you with local resources to fill the gap. Below find resources that include, food, insurance filing, health services, housing, child care, mental health and so much more. 2-1-1 connects people with important community services to meet everyday needs and the immediate needs of people in crisis. It is a resource for finding assistance in your local community and can offer information on:

  • Affordable high-quality child care and after-school care

  • Counseling and support groups

  • Health services

  • Food, clothing, and housing

  • Services for seniors and the disabled

South Carolina Emergency Management Division

Is responsible for coordinating the preparation for, response to and recovery from major disasters in South Carolina.

They are dedicated to providing information about organizations and resources to help families and individuals return to normal. Resources include: emergency shelter relief, housing assistance, crisis counseling assistance, disaster unemployment assistance, and more.

Food Pantries

If you are looking for food resources there are several throughout the state. Foodpantries.org and Freefood.org gives you the capability to look up your closest food resources. 

Crisis Response and Intervention Hotline

Link adults and children throughout the state of South Carolina to clinical mental health resources. If you or someone you know is going through a mental health crisis call their 24/7 toll-free hotline, 833-364-2274.

Hurricane Resource Center

Find resources to prepare for and recover from hurricanes that affect South Carolina's homes, communities and families. 

South Carolina Department of Social Services

Services focus on the safety, permanency, and well-being of children and vulnerable adults by helping individuals achieve stability and strengthening families. Services include: reporting child abuse, fostercare, SNAP benefits, and more.

Christian Emergency Network

CEN is a grassroots network equipping Christians to serve communities in crisis.Churches and community networks can use the Ready Series to assess readiness, prepare, and then mobilize for an individual, church or community-wide response. In addition, CEN provides a social platform for organizing volunteers, connecting with other churches, and community outreach. In the resource center, we offer advanced training, emergency supplies, and emergency response gear from our partners.
